装配式钢结构住宅体系关键技术研究与应用——以杭房·悦东方项目为例 被引量:4

摘要 以杭州市杭房·悦东方项目实践为依托,以标准化、装配化为设计原则,介绍结构选型、三板体系选择、防火防水等关键技术在装配式钢结构住宅中的实际应用,总结适用于装配式钢结构住宅的设计原则和设计策略。利用ANSYS有限元软件对防火装饰一体化构造的钢梁进行了温度场模拟和剩余承载力分析,并提出了一套简化计算公式,计算结果与有限元模拟结果吻合良好且偏于安全,可为装配式钢结构住宅中防火装饰一体化钢梁的设计及构造提供参考。 Relying on the practice of Hangzhou Hangfang·Yuedongfang project, with standardization and prefabrication as the design principles, introduce the practical application of key technologies such as structure selection, wall and floor selection, fire protection and waterproofing in prefabricated steel structure residences, and summarize design principles and design strategies applicable to prefabricated steel structure residences. The temperature field simulation and residual bearing capacity analysis of the steel beam with integrated fire protection and decoration structure are carried out by using ANSYS finite element software, and a set of simplified calculation formulas are proposed. The calculation results are in good agreement with the finite element simulation results and are safe, which can provide references for the design and construction of steel beams in prefabricated steel structure residences.
