摘要
为研究冷弯薄壁型钢体系建筑物中大跨度的冷弯薄壁型钢-OSB板组合楼盖的振动舒适度,利用ABAQUS软件建立冷弯薄壁型钢-OSB板组合楼盖模型,对组合楼盖进行模态分析并在楼板跨中施加1kN的集中荷载计算挠度。给出了各国对组合楼盖自振频率要求和1kN集中荷载作用下挠度限值的规范和准则,并与本文的模型结果进行对比,研究其振动舒适度是否满足要求。研究结果表明:该建筑体系中冷弯薄壁型钢-OSB板组合楼盖的最小自振频率为19.65Hz,满足《冷弯薄壁型钢多层住宅技术标准》(JGJ/T 421—2018)给出的大于10Hz要求;1kN集中荷载作用下跨中挠度达到0.943mm,小于国内给出的2mm的建议值,该组合楼盖满足振动舒适度的要求。
In order to study the vibration comfort of long-span cold-formed thin-walled steel OSB composite floor in cold-formed thin-walled steel system buildings, the cold-formed thin-walled steel OSB composite floor model was established using ABAQUS software. The cover performs modal analysis and applies a 1 kN concentrated load in the span of the floor to calculate the deflection. The specifications and guidelines of the composite floor natural vibration frequency and the deflection limit under 1 kN concentrated load are given in various countries, and compared with the model results in this paper, studied whether the vibration comfort meets the requirements. The results showed that the minimum natural frequency of the cold-formed thin-walled steel OSB composite floor in this building system is 19.65 Hz,which meets "(JGJ/T 421—2018) Technical Standard for Cold-Formed Thin-walled Steel Multistorey Residence" greater than 10 Hz requirements. The mid-span deflection under the concentrated load of 1 kN reaches 0.943 mm, which is less than the recommended value of 2 mm. The composite floor meets the requirements of vibration comfort.
