摘要
针对由H型杆件构成的单层铝合金球面网壳,采用ANSYS有限元软件进行了静力稳定性能分析,研究了H型杆件长细比对该类网壳静力稳定性能的影响规律。分析表明:杆件长细比影响该类网壳的极限承载力和屈曲模态。长细比越大,网壳的极限承载力越低。当杆件长细比小于70时,结构的屈曲模态以壳体屈曲为主;当长细比处于70~100时,可能发生杆件屈曲或壳体屈曲,且杆件屈曲的比例随着长细比增大而逐渐上升;当杆件长细比大于100时,则以杆件屈曲为主。建议实际工程设计中,对于采用H型杆件的单层铝合金球面网壳,杆件的长细比不宜超过100。
Aiming at the single-layer aluminum alloy spherical reticulated shell composed of H-shaped members, the static stability analysis is carried out by using ANSYS finite element software, and the influence law of slenderness ratio of H-shaped members on the static stability of this kind of reticulated shell is studied. The analysis shows that the slenderness ratio of members affects the ultimate bearing capacity and the modes of this kind of reticulated shells. The larger the slenderness ratio is, the lower the ultimate bearing capacity is;on the contrary, it is higher. When the slenderness ratio is less than 70, the buckling mode of the structure is mainly shell buckling;when slenderness ratio is between 70 and 100, both cases may occur, and the buckling ratio increases with slenderness ratio increasing;when the slenderness ratio is greater than 100, the member buckling is the main mode. It is suggested that the slenderness ratio of H-shaped members should not exceed 100 for single-layer aluminum alloy spherical reticulated shells.
