摘要
对3榀以C型镀锌薄壁型钢为骨架,纤维水泥板、有筋扩张网及轻混凝土组成的组合墙体(冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨+增强纤维水泥板、冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨+增强纤维水泥板+轻混凝土、冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨+有筋扩张网+轻混凝土)进行了足尺受弯承载力试验研究,得到了各类墙体的抗弯承载力、墙体变形特性以及破坏模式等特性。试验结果表明,三类试件中,由于轻混凝土的作用,冷弯薄壁型钢内填轻混凝土组合墙体有更高的抗弯承载力,两侧加有增强纤维板试件的延性较有筋扩张网的延性好。
Three composite walls(cold-formed thin-walled steel joist+reinforced fiber cement board,cold-formed thin-walled steel joist+reinforced fiber cement board,cold-formed thin-walled steel joist+reinforced fiber cement board+light concrete,cold-formed thin-walled steel joist+reinforced expansion network+light concrete)with C-type galvanized thin-walled steel as the framework were tested and studied for full-scale bending capacity,and various types of walls were obtained It has the characteristics of bending capacity,wall deformation and failure mode.The test results show that the cold-formed thin-walled steel-filled lightweight concrete composite wall has a higher bending capacity due to the role of lightweight concrete,and the bending capacity of the reinforced fiberboard is due to the role of reinforced expansion network.
