摘要
教学过程评价是一种区别于终结性评价的评价方式,可以从过程、方法、态度、观念等多方面对学生进行评价。对护理硕士研究生从课堂教学、知识掌握、文献阅读、实践操作、参与程度等方面进行教学过程评价。我院对护理专业型硕士研究生采用教学过程评价,该评价方式可促进研究生自主学习的能力、实践能力和科研创新精神的提高,有助于教育教学改革和保障研究生培养质量,评价效果良好。
Teaching process evaluation is a kind of evaluation different from summative evaluation,which can evaluate students from the process,methods,attitude and idea.We apply teaching process evaluation to nursing master graduate student and evaluating them from the classroom teaching,knowledge,literature reading,practice,participation.Autonomous learning ability,practice ability and spirit of scientific research of the graduate students can be improved by this way,which can also be helpful to education teaching reform and guarantee quality of graduate education.
