摘要
目的对比分析早期血管内介入与尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性进展性脑卒中的疗效。方法回顾性分析南阳市第二人民医院2020年1月—2021年5月接收的70例急性进展性年卒中患者资料,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组、研究组各35例。对照组患者采用尿激酶静脉溶栓,研究组患者采用血管内介入治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、神经功能、日常生活活动能力、生活质量、不良反应情况。结果对照组临床总有效率57.14%低于研究组82.86%(P<0.05);对照组治疗后NIHSS评分明显高于研究组(P<0.05);治疗后对照组SS-QOL评分明显低于研究组(P<0.05);对照组治疗后ADL评分明显低于研究组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应率11.43%略低于对照组20.00%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期血管内介入较尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性进展性脑卒中疗效更好,患者预后好且较安全。
Objective To compare the efficacy of early intravascular intervention and urokinase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute progressive stroke.Methods A retrospective analysis of 70 patients with acute progressive stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 was conducted.According to different early treatment regimens,they were divided into control group and research group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with urokinase intravenous thrombolysis,and the research group was treated with intravascular intervention.Clinical efficacy,neurological function,activities of daily living,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 57.14%lower than that of the research group(82.86%)(P<0.05);The NIHSS score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the research group(P<0.05);SS QOL score of control group was significantly lower than that of the research group(P<0.05);The ADL score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the research group(P<0.05);The adverse reactions rate of the research group was 11.43%slightly lower than that of the control group(20.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase,early intravascular intervention has better curative effect,better prognosis and safety.
