摘要
重金属离子对发酵生产乙醇的产率带来一定的影响,对能适应重金属环境的酵母菌种及其发酵性能进行了研究。利用5株重金属耐受性的酵母,通过对不同酵母发酵性能、重金属迁移情况、酵母在甘蔗汁发酵中重金属吸收情况的分析,探讨重金属迁移规律及酵母与重金属相互作用关系。实验结果表示,工业菌种DBL91(C2)因对Cd和Pb的吸收程度最大(分别为17.3%和81.96%),导致其乙醇的发酵性能最低,为4.11%。五株酵母细胞发酵行为,主要受Cd和Pb的影响。
Heavy metal ions have a certain effect on the yield of ethanol produced by fermentation.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the yeast species which can adapt to heavy metal environment and their fermentation performance.In this paper,5 strains of yeast tolerant to heavy metals were used to analyze the transport of heavy metals and the interaction between heavy metals and heavy metals through analysis of yeast fermentation performance,heavy metal migration analysis and heavy metal absorption of yeast in the fermentation of sugarcane juice.Finally,the experimental results showed that DBL91(C2)has the highest absorption of Cd and Pb,17.3%and 81.96%,respectively,resulting in the lowest ethanol fermentation performance of 4.11%.Thus,the fermentation behavior of 5 yeast cells was mainly affected by Cd and Pb.
