基于三调数据成果的甘肃省建设用地分布及利用效率分析

Distribution and Utilization Efficiency Analysis of Construction Land in Gansu Province Based on the Third National Land Survey

三调在二调的基础上,全面细化和完善了全国土地利用基础数据及土地资源变化情况。本文基于三调省级数据成果,对甘肃省建设用地展开研究,通过对甘肃省建设用地的规模、结构、分布等方面的分析,详细掌握了甘肃省建设用地资源现状,并以此为基础,通过人均建设用地面积、地均二三产业增加值、地均固定资产投资、地均财政收入4个指标,从人口规模与建设用地面积的匹配程度、建设用地上的资金投入水平和经济产出水平等方面分析了各市(州)的建设用地集约利用水平。

On the basis of the Second National Land Survey,the third survey has comprehensively refined and improved the basic data of land use and the change of land resources in the country.Based on the results of the provincial data of the third survey,this paper studies the construction land in Gansu Province.Through the analysis of the scale,structure and distribution of the construction land,the current situation of the construction land resources in Gansu Province is mastered.On this basis,four indicators are adopted,namely,the per capita construction land area,the added value of the secondary and tertiary industries in the land,the investment in fixed assets in the land and the financial revenue in the land.The level of intensive use of construction land in each city and prefecture is analyzed from the matching degree of population size and construction land area,capitalinvestmentleveland economic outputlevel.
