自我表露干预对维持性血液透析患者领悟社会支持、焦虑及应对方式的影响

Effects of self-disclosure nursing intervention on perceptive social support,anxiety and coping styles in maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的:探讨自我表露干预对维持性血液透析患者领悟社会支持、焦虑及应对方式的影响。方法:将94例维持性血液透析患者按照病区分为对照组和干预组,各47例。对照组接受常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上实施自我表露干预。比较两组患者干预前后自我表露、领悟社会支持、焦虑及应对方式评分。结果:干预前,两组的自我表露、领悟社会支持、焦虑、积极应对方式评分差异无统计学意义;干预6周后,干预组的自我表露、领悟社会支持、应对方式评分均高于对照组,焦虑、消极应对方式评分均低于对照组。结论:自我表露干预能提高维持性血液透析患者的自我表露能力、领悟社会支持水平和积极应对水平,改善维持性血液透析患者的焦虑。

Objective To explore the effects of self-disclosure nursing intervention on social support,anxiety and coping style of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 94 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were divided into control group and intervention group,47 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group implemented self-disclosure intervention on the basis of the control group.The level of self-disclosure,perceptive social support,anxiety and coping style scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of self-disclosure,understanding of social support,anxiety and positive coping styles between the two groups.After 6 weeks of intervention,the scores of self-disclosure,perceptive social support and coping style in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of anxiety and negative coping style were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-disclosure intervention can improve the self-disclosure ability,understanding social support level and positive coping level of MHD patients,and improve the anxiety of MHD patients.
