摘要
目的:探讨经颅磁刺激联合E-LINK训练与评估系统改善脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能和生活能力。方法:选取2017年4月~2019年4月在我院接受康复治疗的90例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采用重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察组采用重复经颅磁刺激联合E-LINK训练与评估系统治疗。比较两组患者的握力、捏力、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)、上肢功能测试(UEFT),并采用改良Barthel指数(MBI)评价日常生活活动能力。结果:(1)治疗后,两组患者的捏力、握力均明显提高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。(2)与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后FMA-UE、UEFT、MBI均明显提高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:经颅磁刺激联合E-LINK训练与评估系统能有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能,并提高患者的日常生活活动能力。
Objective To investigate the the improvement of upper limb function and living ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia by transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with E-LINK training and evaluation system.Methods Ninety stroke patients with hemiplegia who underwent rehabilitation in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019were selected as subjects.Randomized digital table method was randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the observation group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with E-LINK training and evaluation system.The grip strength,pinching force,Fugl-Meyer motor function scale upper limb part(FMA-UE),upper limb function test(UEFT)were compared between the two groups,and the modified Barthel index(MBI)was used to evaluate the activities of daily living.Results(1)After treatment,the pinching power and grip strength of the two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(2)Compared with before treatment,the FMA-UE,UEFT and MBI of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with E-LINK training and evaluation system can effectively improve the upper limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia and improve their daily living activities.
