3M Z350 XT流动树脂和复合树脂修复楔状缺损的临床对照

Clinical comparison of 3M Z350 XT flowable resin and composite resin in repairing wedge-shaped defects

目的:比较3M Z350 XT流动树脂和复合树脂修复楔状缺损的临床效果。方法:选取本院2016年1月~2018年12月收治的86例楔状缺损患者(患牙324颗),随机分为对照组(患牙158颗)与观察组(患牙166颗)。对照组采用Z350复合树脂修复充填,观察组采用3M Z350 XT流动树脂修补充填。修复后1周测试两组患者敏感性,比较两组修复后12个月、24个月的修复成功率及修复后24个月的边缘密合率、表面粗糙率、牙齿色泽协调率、牙龈沟液量。结果:修复后1周,观察组敏感发生率(3.61%)低于对照组(10.76%)。修复后24个月观察组的修复成功率(90.96%)高于对照组(81.65%)。修复后12个月两组的修复成功率无显著差异性。修复后24个月,观察组患牙边缘密合率与牙齿色泽协调率高于对照组;表面粗糙率、牙龈沟液量少于对照组。结论:3M Z350 XT流动树脂的修复成功率较高、边缘密合度与色泽协调性均较好,对患者牙龈的刺激性较低,疗效更好。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of 3M Z350 XT flowable resin and composite resin in repairing wedge-shaped defects.Methods 86 patients with wedge-shaped defects(324 teeth)treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into a control group(158 teeth)and an observation group(166 teeth).The control group was repaired and filled with Z350 composite resin,and the observation group was repaired and filled with 3M Z350 XT flowable resin.One week after the restoration,the sensitivity of the two groups of patients was tested,and the success rate of repair in two groups at 12 months and 24 months after the restoration and the marginal sealing rate,surface roughness rate,tooth color coordination rate,and gingival crevicular fluid were compared.the amount.Results One week after repair,the incidence of sensitivity in the observation group(3.61%)was lower than that in the control group(10.76%).The success rate of repair in observation group(90.96%)was higher than that of control group(81.65%)at 24 months after repair.There was no significant difference in the success rate of repair between the two groups at 12 months after repair.At 24 months after restoration,the marginal sealing rate and tooth color coordination rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the surface roughness rate and the amount of gingival crevicular fluid were lower than those of the control group.Conclusion 3M Z350 XT flowable resin has higher success rate of repair,better marginal sealing and color coordination,lower irritation to the patient’s gums,and better curative effect.
