压力知觉对传染科护士疲劳的影响研究

Study of Stress Perception on the Fatigue of Nurses in Infectious Diseases Department

目的探讨压力知觉对传染科护士疲劳的影响,并从主体与客体两个层面探究一般自我效能感与社会支持发挥的调节作用。方法采用一般情况调查表、压力知觉量表(Chinese perceived stress scales,CPSS)、疲劳量表-14(fatigue scale-14,FS-14)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)及社会支持量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)对陕西省、北京市、重庆市16所医院传染科423名专科护士进行调查。结果(1)疲劳与压力知觉呈正相关(P<0.01),与社会支持呈负相关(P<0.01),与自我效能感呈负相关(P<0.01);(2)一般自我效能感在传染科护士压力知觉与疲劳的关系中起到调节作用;(3)社会支持显著调节压力知觉与一般自我效能感对疲劳的调节效应。结论要充分发挥一般自我效能感与社会支持的调节作用,减轻传染科护士临床工作压力,缓解疲劳。

Objective To explore the influence of stress perception on the fatigue of nurses in infectious diseases department,and to explore the moderating effect of general self-efficacy and social support from the two levels of subject and object.Methods A total of 423 specialized nurses from 16 hospitals in Shaanxi Province,Beijing and Chongqing were investigated by general information questionnaires,Chinese perceived stress scales(CPSS),fatigue scale-14(FS-14),general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and social support rating scale(SSRS).Results(1)Fatigue was positively correlated with stress perception(P<0.01),negatively correlated with social support(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with self-efficacy(P<0.01).(2)General self-efficacy played a moderating role in the relationship between stress perception and fatigue of nurses in infectious diseases department.(3)Social support significantly regulated the interaction between stress perception and general self-efficacy on fatigue.Conclusion It is necessary to give full play to the moderating effect of general self-efficacy and social support,which can reduce the pressure of clinical work of nurses and relieve fatigue.
