新媒体时代学术传播范式嬗变与编辑主体角色重塑 被引量:19

Integrity and Innovation:Paradigm Evolving of Academic Communication and Refactoring of Editing Subject Role in the New Media Era

摘要 新媒体时代的学术传播范式和评价体系等都发生着重要变化,学术传播不断"跨界",日益走向全球化、大数据化与定制化。学术编辑作为学术传播流程中的重要主体,面临开放性学术视野、新媒体传播思维及技能与高效能职业素质的新挑战。为了应对这种挑战,学术编辑需要自觉地进行主体角色重塑,在编辑实践中守正创新:以工匠精神切实提高编辑效率,更加精益求精;以服务意识不断完善内容建设,整合学术传播资源;以经纪人观念提升职业素养,增强学术研究传播效果;以主体责任做好学术传播把关人,推动学术服务于社会发展和国家话语体系建设。 The paradigms and evaluation systems of academic communication in the new media era have been changed significantly.Academic communication constantly crosses the borders,increasingly trending to globalization,big data and customization.As the important sector and subject in the whole procedure of academic communication,academic editor is facing the new challenges in the new media era:wide-scaled academic vision,the concept and skills of new media communication and highly efficient productivity.Responding to the transformation of academic communication,academic editor should consciously refactor the editing subject role and perform integrity and innovation in work.Firstly,academic editorial work should keep on improving efficiency and seeking greater perfection with the spirit of craftsman.Secondly,academic editorial work should perfect the content construction with service consciousness,integrate academic resources.Thirdly,academic editorial work should enhance professionalism and promote the academic communication effects with the sense of academic brokers.Fourthly,academic editors should be the better gatekeepers in academic communication and serve for the social development and Chinese national discourse system,taking the entity responsibility.
