山洪灾害防治是山西省防汛工作的难点和薄弱环节,部分地区受维度影响,在雨季极易发生山洪灾害,严重威胁附近居民的生命及财产安全。山西省经过几年的山洪灾害防治项目建设,防治能力得到了很大提升,但山洪灾害防治面临的形势依然严峻,山洪灾害防治仍是一项长期而艰巨的任务,因此山西省长治市仍需要加强山洪灾害防治项目建设和运行管理,全面提升山洪灾害防治能力,构筑群测群防的山洪灾害防治体系。
