疼痛干预对肛瘘手术患者术后创面疼痛的影响

目的:分析疼痛干预对肛瘘手术患者术后创面疼痛的影响情况。方法:以随机法将2022年1月至2023年12月收入的60例肛瘘手术患者,平均分入两组,30例一组,对照组、观察组分别实施常规干预、常规干预+疼痛干预。评估两组术后创面疼痛情况,了解恢复情况,统计各项并发症,调查满意度。结果:对比术后疼痛评分,除了术后12h,观察组都更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);关于并发症情况,观察组的发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);渗出物消失时间、疼痛感消失时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间,观察组较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肛瘘手术患者进行疼痛干预,可以减轻其术后创面疼痛程度,减少并发症,加快康复速度,让患者满意。

Objective:To analyze the impact of pain intervention on postoperative wound pain in patients undergoing anal fistula surgery.Method:Sixty patients who underwent anal fistula surgery from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group and the observation group received routine intervention,routine intervention,and pain intervention,respectively.Evaluate the postoperative wound pain situation of two groups,understand the recovery situation,count various complications,and investigate satisfaction.Result:Compared with postoperative pain scores,except for 12 hours after surgery,the observation group had lower scores and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Regarding the incidence of complications,the observation group had a lower incidence and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The disappearance time of exudate,pain,wound healing time,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain intervention for patients undergoing anal fistula surgery can alleviate the degree of postoperative wound pain,reduce complications,accelerate recovery speed,and satisfy patients.
