To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with hemorrhagic shock and acute respiratory distress syndrome after dilatation and curettage of partial hydatidiform mole.Main points of nursing:close observation of patient’s input and output,taking restrictive fluid resuscitation,implementing fine liquid management,precise sedation,and details control of prone position ventilation,providing personalized discharge guidance.The patient recovered and was discharged on the 8 th day after operation.
