终末期肝病患者安宁疗护的研究进展

Research progress of hospice care for patients with end-stage liver disease

该文从终末期肝病概念、终末期肝病患者实施安宁疗护的必要性、落实困难的影响因素及促进实施的关键策略等方面进行综述,包括研制终末期肝病患者安宁疗护转介评估工具、尽早实施预立医疗照护计划、加强终末期肝病患者安宁疗护团队能力建设、加强支持性照护管理,以期为国内终末期肝病患者开展安宁疗护提供理论参考。

This article focuses on the concepts of end-stage liver disease,the necessity of implementing palliative care for patients with end-stage liver disease,the influencing factors of difficulty in implementation,and the key strategies to promote implementation(develop of a referral evaluation tool for palliative care,and implementation of advance care planning as soon as possible,strengthening the capacity building of the nursing team and supportive care management)to provide theoretical references for the development of palliative care for patients with end-stage liver disease in China.
