急诊严重创伤患者绿色通道就诊流程的优化及效果评价

Optimization and effect evaluation of green channel treatment process for severe trauma patients in emergency department

目的探讨急诊严重创伤患者绿色通道就诊流程的优化及应用效果。方法选取2019年4月—7月来某医院急诊科就诊的23例严重创伤患者为试验组,2018年12月—2019年3月的21例严重创伤患者为对照组。试验组采用优化后的绿色通道就诊流程,对照组采用常规就诊流程,比较两组急诊救治重点环节的时间节点和治疗效果的差异。结果流程优化后,试验组绿色通道紧急处置时间、特殊检查时间、平均停留时间明显缩短,治愈出院率高于对照组,病死率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过流程优化,进一步规范急诊严重创伤患者绿色通道就诊流程管理,可缩短各环节滞留时间,提高救治效率及抢救成功率。

Objective To explore the optimization and application effect of green channel treatment process for emergency severe trauma patients.Methods 23 patients with severe trauma who visited the emergency department of our hospital from April to July 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 21 patients from December2018 to March 2019 were selected as the control group.The experimental group adopted the optimized emergency treatment process,and the control group adopted the routine emergency care process.The time of the key links of emergency treatment in the two groups were compared,including the emergency treatment time,special examination time,and the mean stay length of the green channel.The treatment effects were also compared between the two groups,including the rate of cure and discharge,condition improvement,mortality and so on.Results After process optimization,the emergency treatment time,special examination time and average stay length in the green channel of the experimental group were significantly shortened,and the rate of cure and discharge was higher than that of the control group,and the mortality rate was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Through process optimization,the green channel treatment management process for severe trauma patients was further standardized,the stay time of each link was shortened,the treatment efficiency and the success rate of rescue were improved,and more time was earned for trauma treatment.
