摘要
目的探索游戏化学习方法在急诊科护士培训中的应用效果。方法将抢救车中的药品、物品及其相关的知识与操作技能内容设计成闯关游戏,让护士在参与闯关游戏的过程中接受急救知识与技能培训。从护士对抢救车药品及物品的理论知识、急救器械的操作技能及培训满意度等3个方面进行培训的效果评价。结果游戏化学习方法有利于护士掌握抢救车药品及物品的理论知识、急救器械的操作技能(P<0.001);能提高护士对抢救车相关内容培训的总体满意度(P<0.001)。结论游戏化学习方法能有效提高急诊护士的培训效果。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying the gamification of learning theory in emergency nurses training.Methods A game about medication,devices in the resuscitation cart and related knowledge and skills was designed and emergency nurses were trained in the process of participating in the game.The nurses’first aid knowledge related to medication and devices in the cart,skills of operating first aid equipment and nurses’satisfaction were assessed.Results The application of the gamification of learning theory improved the nurses’first aid knowledge,skills of operating first aid equipment(P<0.001).Nurses were more satisfied with the gamification method(P<0.001).Conclusion The training based on the gamification of learning theory can improve the effect of training on emergency nurses.
