摘要
"大类招生,分流培养"作为高校新型的人才培养模式颇受欢迎,各高校在实践中也逐渐形成了别具特色的专业分流形式,但与此同时,诸如冷热门专业分化加剧、课程设置不合理、学生管理和教学管理滞后等问题也不断涌现,使得"大类招生,分流培养"饱受争议。为了解决既存的问题,高校实施"大类招生,分流培养"需要将"培养人"放在核心位置,在专业分流时弱化选拔性强调衔接性,注重课程设置的基础性、多样性和连贯性。
When"general enrollment,streaming cultivation"has become a popular talent training mode,colleges and universities are practicing comprehensive education and recruiting and classifying students by big academic subjects,building a basic teaching platform that all students share and then carrying out a mode of streaming education afterward.However,in this process,the problems such as bigger gaps among different majors,unreasonable curriculum setting,and poor management of students and teaching,etc.continue to emerge,making the mode controversial.In this case,the present article holds that as for the existing problems,colleges and universities need to put"talents cultivation"at the core,attach importance to connection instead of differentiation,focus on fundamentality,diversity and consistency of curriculum design when carrying out the talent cultivation mode of"general enrollment,streaming cultivation."
