摘要
2019年12月,中国武汉市发生了由一种新型冠状病毒2019-nCoV(即SARS-CoV-2)感染导致的肺炎疫情.2019-nCoV经过传播导致疫病在全国甚至全世界范围内流行,严重危害了人类健康.为了控制病毒的传播、保障人民的健康和生命安全,医疗界、政府各部门和广大科研工作者全力以赴开展了病毒相关的研究和防控工作.本文整理了关于2019-nCoV的最新研究结果,总结了2019-nCoV的病原性特征、环境演化、传播途径、诊断方法、治疗对策,特别是从环境科学的角度探讨了环境因素对2019-nCoV传播的潜在影响,并针对目前尚未完全解决的问题提出了展望,以期加深人们对2019-nCoV的认知,并从医学、生物学、环境科学等不同角度启发针对2019-nCoV及其他相关病毒有效防控的科学思考.
In December 2019,an outbreak of pneumonia caused by a novel coronavirus called 2019-nCoV(SARS-CoV-2)occurred in Wuhan,China.Due to its high contagiousness and pathogenicity,this virus has led to an emerging epidemic that spreads throughout the whole country or even the world.The medical professionals,government departments and scientific researchers have made full efforts to carry out the clinical treatment,prevention,control work,and scientific studies about 2019-nCoV and its derived disease.This review summarized the latest knowledge on the characteristics,environmental evolution,and transmission route of 2019-nCoV.The diagnosis and treatment strategies for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)were sort out,and the potential environmental influencing factors and the perspectives for some unsolved problems were discussed.The article will help to improve the understanding of 2019-nCoV,and deepen the thinking about the prevention and control of 2019-nCoV and the related pathogenic virus from the aspects of medical care,biological and environmental science.
