摘要
为了研究不同通风工艺对堆肥腐熟效果的影响,试验设置3个处理,对应通风速率分别为3,4.5,9 L/min,通停比分别为持续通风、2∶1和1∶2(以30 min为1个通风周期),分别对不同处理情况下的堆肥温度、含水率、pH、EC、GI、C/N、VS含量、铵态氮等指标进行测定。结果表明:当通风速率为3 L/min且持续通风时有利于堆肥高温期温度的保持,其GI值最高,达到117.06%,VS含量降低量最高,达到22.31%,综合堆肥效果最好;而当通风速率为4.5 L/min且通停比为2∶1时,含水率为49.54%,不满足堆肥标准;当通风速率为9 L/min且通停比为1∶2时,pH为9.16、GI为76.12%,不满足堆肥标准。说明当猪粪玉米秸秆作为原料进行好氧堆肥,初始C/N比为25左右,含水率为60%左右时,选用通风速率为3 L/min且持续通风更有利于堆肥腐熟。
In order to study the effect of different ventilation techniques on compost maturation,Three treatments were set up in the test,with ventilation rates of 3,4.5,9 L/min,and the corresponding on-off ratios were continuous ventilation,2∶1 and 1∶2(taking 30min as a ventilation cycle),respectively.The compost temperature,water content,pH,EC,GI,C/N,VS content,ammonium nitrogen and other indicators were determined under different treatment conditions.The results show that when the ventilation rate was 3 L/min and the ventilation was continuous,the GI value was the highest,reaching 117.06%,The reduction of VS content was the highest,reaching 22.31%,and the comprehensive composting effect was the best.When the ventilation rate was 4.5L/min and the on-off ratio was 2∶1,the moisture content was 49.54%,which does not meet the composting standard.When the ventilation rate was 9 L/min and the stop-start ratio was 1∶2,the pH was 9.16 and GI was 76.12%,which cannot meet the composting standard.The results showed that when the initial C/N ratio was 25.2 and the moisture content was about 60%,the ventilation rate of 3 L/min and continuous ventilation were more conducive to compost and decomposition.
