摘要
机械生化处理技术(EMBT)是在MBT工艺基础上发展起来的垃圾资源化处理技术。本文以餐厨和厨余垃圾处理工程为例,阐述以EMBT处理技术为主体的餐厨与厨余协同处理工艺。项目运行稳定,各项指标达到合同和国家标准要求。餐厨垃圾提油率达到90%以上;在三相固渣不进行厌氧的情况下,吨垃圾产沼气率达到70 Nm^(3)以上;厌氧产生的脱水沼渣含水率保持在65%以下;综合杂物出料含水率≤60%。结果表明:当餐厨和厨余协同处理时,该项目工艺流程简化,设备投资节省,提高了餐厨和厨余垃圾的无害化、资源化程度,具有良好的社会、环境和经济效益,可以给其他地区的餐厨和厨余垃圾处理项目提供了有益参考和借鉴。
Mechanical biochemical treatment technology(EMBT)is a waste resource treatment technology developed on the basis of MBT process.Taking a kitchen and kitchen waste treatment project as an example,this paper expounds the co-treatment technology of kitchen and kitchen waste based on EMBT.The project runs stably,and the indicators meet the requirements of the contract and national standards.The oil extraction rate of food waste reached more than 90%.Biogas production rate of tons of garbage reached more than 70 Nm^(3)in the case of three-phase solid slag without anaerobic.The moisture content of anaerobic dehydrated digester residue is kept below 65%.The moisture content of comprehensive sundries is less than 60%.The practical results show that when the kitchen and kitchen waste are co-processed,the technological process of the project is simplified,the equipment investment is saved,and the harmless and resource degree of kitchen and kitchen waste is improved.It has good social,environmental and economic benefits,and can provide useful reference for kitchen and kitchen waste disposal projects in other areas.
