摘要
SO_(2)和NO_(x)排放是形成雾霾、酸雨和光化学烟雾的主要原因。焦炉加热用煤气和炉体串漏的荒煤气在燃烧过程中会产生大量SO_(2)和NO_(x),且近年来环保标准日趋加严,必须对焦炉烟气进行脱硫脱硝处理,方可实现达标排放。结合焦炉烟气SO_(2)和NO_(x)生成机理,本文从源头减排、过程控制和末端治理三方面探析了焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝超低排放改造工艺方案。
SO_(2)and NO_(x)emissions are the main causes of smog,acid rain,and photochemical smog.Coke oven heating gas and leaking raw gas can generate SO_(2)and NO_(x)during the combustion process,and in recent years,environmental standards have become increasingly stringent.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct desulfurization and denitrification treatment for coke oven flue gas to achieve standard emissions.Based on the characteristics of coke oven flue gas and the sources of SO_(2)and NO_(x)in coke oven flue gas,this article explores the ultra-low emission transformation process plan for desulfurization and denitrification of coke oven flue gas from three aspects:source reduction,process control,and end treatment.
