我国高质量高等医学教育体系建设的成效评价及推进策略

The Evaluation of the Effectiveness of High-quality Higher Medical Education System Construction in China and Its Advancement Strategie

我国高质量高等医学教育体系建设的主要目标是增强供给能力以满足社会对不同类型医学人才的需求、创新人才培养体系以形成协同育人合力、完善质量保障机制以促进教育质量持续改进。近年来建设取得一定成效,各类医疗卫生人才供给水平不断提高,医学人才培养协同模式基本形成,教育质量保障体系初步建立,胜任力导向教育教学改革逐步展开,但也面临诸多问题和挑战。进一步推进高等医学教育高质量发展,应注重建立人才供需平衡机制,优化人才供给结构;理顺各主体权责关系,系统推进协同育人;完善外部质量保障机制,强化内部质量文化;科学开展“新医科”建设,构建智能医教新形态。

The primary objectives for building China's high-quality higher medical education system include enhancing the supply capacity,innovating the talent training system and improve the medical education quality.China has made phased progress,however,problems and challenges still remain.To further advance the high-quality development of higher medical education,emphasis should be placed on establishing a supply-demand balance mechanism and optimizing the talent supply structure,clarifying the rights and responsibilities among various stakeholders to systematically promote collaborative education,enhancing the external quality assurance mechanism and strengthening the construction of internal quality culture,building the new form of intelligent medical education.
