摘要
基于“2021年全国高校毕业生就业状况调查”的数据,探究专业兴趣对高校毕业生就业能力增值的影响及其机制发现:专业兴趣能显著促进毕业生就业综合能力、专业能力、通用能力增值,其中对专业能力增值的影响更大。学习时间在专业兴趣影响毕业生就业能力增值过程中发挥部分中介作用。专业兴趣对就业能力增值的促进作用在第一代和非第一代大学生、不同学科类别群体间存在异质性,它既能帮助第一代大学生、人文学科和社会科学毕业生弥补就业能力增值劣势,也巩固了工学毕业生的就业能力增值优势。高校和毕业生个体均应注重涵养专业兴趣以获得更多就业能力增值,从而提升就业效率、促进就业公平。
Based on the data of 2021 National Survey of College Graduates'Employment,it examined the impact and mechanism of college graduates'interest-major congruence on their value-added employability.It found that interest-major congruence could significantly promote the value-added comprehensive,professional,and general employability,with a greater impact on professional employability.Learning time played a partial mediating effect in the impact of interest-major congruence on value-added employability.The promoting effect of interest-major congruence on value-added employability is heterogeneous among first-generation and non-first-generation college students.
