地方高校科技特派员管理的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on the Management of Science and Technology Correspondents in Local Universities

近年来随着科技特派员制度的深入推行,高校科技特派员逐渐成为地方科技特派员的主要派出单位和管理单位,承担起了地方科技推广与应用的责任。本文根据北华航天工业学院2020-2021年科技特派员的工作实践,对高校科技特派员的科技服务水平、功能定位以及相关的制度建设与实践进行仔细的总结和分析,提出高校科技特派员要打破常规,以科技为切入点,将科技与服务相结合,进一步完善管理制度和运行机制、落实政策规定、拓展服务区域和领域,加速提高地方科技特派员实践教学、科技服务、团队建设和管理方式。

In recent years,with the further implementation of the system of science and technology correspondents,correspondents in higher education have gradually become the main dispatched units and management force,and bear the responsibility of local science and technology promotion and application.Based on actual work practice in a local university from 2020 to 2021,this paper analyzes the correspondent level of science and technology service,function positioning and related system construction and practice.It is suggested that science and technology correspondents in universities should break routine,take science and technology as the breakthrough point,combine science and technology with service,further improve management system and operation mechanism,implement policy provisions and expand service areas and fields.Further efforts should be given to improve the local science and technology correspondents in practice,provide good services,and build teams and management.
