职业院校智慧教学改革研究与实践

摘要 职业教育既要培养未来市场的“职业人”,更要培养未来世界的“智慧人”。当前职业教育课堂教学仍然存在发展性、交互性、差异性和引导性不足等问题,通过厘清职业教育智慧教学内涵与特征,提出确立德技融合的学习目标,创设虚实结合的学习场景,构建知行耦合的教学模式,实施多元整合的评价策略,依此开展职业院校智慧教学实践,提高职业院校教学质量和人才培养质量。 Vocational education should cultivate future"professional people"and"intelligent people".At present,the development,interaction,difference,and guidance of vocational education classroom teaching are not good enough.In this paper,the connotation and characteristics of wisdom teaching are clarified,the learning goal of establishing the integration of morality and technology is put forward,the creation of a learning scene of the combination of virtual and real is designed,the teaching mode of knowledge and practice coupling is built,and the evaluation strategy of multi-integration is implemented.According to this view,the wisdom teaching in vocational colleges has been practiced,and the teaching quality and talent training quality have been improved.
