素质教育视角下高校军训育人方法的创新性研究

高校军训是国家全面推进大学生素质教育的重要举措,也是提高大学生素质教育水平的重要途径。作为大学第一课,军训涉及课程育人、文化育人、实践育人、管理育人、服务育人等内容,成为大学生培养的重要形式。结合新时代大学军训的要求,将立德树人作为根本任务,以大学生自训模式为手段,不断创新军训内容和方式。将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、爱国主义、集体主义、作风纪律、吃苦耐劳精神等的培养渗透其中,切实提高军训实效,加强育人价值。将素质教育和军事训练相结合,探索“三全育人”的长效机制,努力提高大学生的综合素质,使学生掌握基本军事知识和技能,为国家培养社会主义的合格建设者和接班人。

Military training in colleges and universities is not only an important measure to promote the all-round quality education of college students,but also an important way to improve the quality education level of college students.As the first course in college,military training involves curriculum education,cultural education,practice education,management education,service education and so on,which has become an important form of college students’training.In combination with the requirements of the new era of university military training,moral education is regarded as the basic task,selftraining mode of college students is regarded as a means,the content and way of military training are constantly innovated.Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,patriotism,collectivism,discipline and the ability to bear hardships and stand hard work,and other spirits should be cultivated to effectively improve the effectiveness of military training and strengthen the value of education.We will combine quality-oriented education with military training,explore a long-term mechanism of"educating people with three qualities",strive to improve the overall quality of college students,enable them to master basic military knowledge and skills,and train qualified builders and successors for the country’s socialist cause.
