摘要
致力于毛竹液化产物及毛竹液化酚醛树脂胶黏剂的制备和性能研究,以碱性催化苯酚液化毛竹为关键组分,通过与适量甲醛反应制备竹粉液化酚醛(BPF)树脂胶黏剂。采用正交试验法,分别选取苯酚与竹粉的液固比、甲醛与苯酚的摩尔比及催化剂添加量作为主要考量因素,对所制备BPF树脂指标进行正交和方差综合分析,并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重(TG)、差示量热(DSC)表征树脂的结构和热性能。结果表明:苯酚与竹粉的质量比、甲醛与苯酚的摩尔比及氢氧化钠与苯酚的摩尔比为4.5∶1、1.8∶1、0.4∶1是BPF树脂胶黏剂制备的最佳配比;此配比下胶合强度达到1.7488MPa,固含量为71.15%,游离甲醛量为0.05%,游离酚量为0.06%,黏度为93mPa·s;以酚醛树脂胶黏剂为标准,BPF树脂能满足木材工业树脂的使用要求。
This study focused on the preparation and properties research of liquefaction products of bamboo and phenolic resin adhesives of bamboo liquefaction,Using alkaline-catalyzed phenol liquefaction bamboo as the key component,bamboo powder liquefaction phenolic(BPF)resin adhesives were prepared by reacting with proper amount of formaldehyde.By orthogonal experiment,the liquid-solid ratio of phenol to bamboo powder,the molar ratio of formaldehyde to phenol and the amount of catalyst were selected as the main factors to conduct orthogonal and variance analysis on the indexes of the prepared BPF resin,The structures and thermal properties of the resin were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,TGA and DSC.The results showed that phenol to bamboo powder mass ratio of 4.5:1,formaldehyde to phenol molar ratio of 1.8:1 and sodium hydroxide to phenol molar ratio of 0.4:1 were the optimal ratios for the preparation of BPF resin adhesives.Under this ratio,the adhesive strength,solid content,free formaldehyde content,free phenol content and viscosity were 1.7488MPa,71.15%,0.05%,0.06%and 93mPa·s,respectively.With phenolic resin adhesive as the standard,BPF resin could meet the requirements for resin use in the wood industry.
