摘要
采用正交试验设计法对硅橡胶的导热绝缘性能进行研究,通过改变氧化镁、氧化铝、钛酸钡及玻璃纤维粉的用量来筛选填料的最佳配方。结果表明:单一填料时,导热系数及介电常数随着填料用量的增加而增加,而拉伸强度则随之降低。最佳配方填充条件下制得的硅橡胶复合材料的导热系数、介电常数、拉伸强度分别为0.442W/(m·℃)、3.974、4.84MPa,相较于纯硅橡胶导热系数提升了68.7%、介电常数提升了28.5%,拉伸强度略有下降,热稳定性能提高。
The orthogonal experimental design method was used to study the thermal insulation properties of silicone rubber.The optimum formulation of the filler was screened by changing the amount of magnesium oxide,aluminum oxide,barium titanate and glass fiber powder.The thermal conductivity,dielectric constant and tensile strength of the composites prepared under the optimal formulation filling conditions were 0.442 W/(m·℃),3.974 and4.84 MPa,respectively,which was improved compared with the thermal conductivity of pure silicone rubber,reached 68.7%,the dielectric constant increased by 28.5%,respectively.The tensile strength was slightly decreased,and the thermal stability of the material was improved.
