摘要 新工科背景下,化工行业对人才的专业知识、素质和能力提出了新的要求。内蒙古大学化学化工学院结合国家和地方经济发展需求,以培养创新型人才为目标,从优化课程结构、增强特色化实践认知、建设云课堂教学平台、提升教师信息素养、调整考核方式、加强课程思政建设、促进科研育人等方面进行了探索,推进了以学生为中心的教学模式改革,建立了基于新工科理念的化工专业人才培养模式。 Under the background of emerging engineering education,the chemical industry has put forward new requirements on knowledge,quality and ability of talents.Combining the requirements of national and local economic development,aiming at the cultivation of innovative talents,College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Inner Mongolia University constructed a cultivation model of chemical engineering talents based on new engineering concept.The building of this new cultivation model is explored from the following aspects,namely optimizing the course structure,enhancing the cognition of characteristic practice,building cloud classroom teaching platform,improving the information quality of teacher,reforming the assessment method,strengthening curriculum ideological and political construction and promoting scientific research and education,which is benefit to promote the reform the student-centered teaching model.
