摘要
开展SF6混合气体绝缘特性研究对于提升气体绝缘设备环保特性和耐低温特性具有重要意义。为研究SF6+N2混合气体在不同温度、压强及混合比例下的绝缘特性及演变规律,搭建了SF6+N2混合气体的工频试验及雷电冲击试验平台。从绝缘角度出发分析了混合气体配比优化技术,论证了SF6+N2混合气体替代纯SF6气体的技术可行性和有效性,确定了SF6+N2混合气体作为最优替代气体的充气压强和混合比例,研究结果为推广混合气体在气体绝缘设备上的应用奠定了试验和理论基础。
The study on insulation characteristics of SF6 gas mixture is of great significance for improving environmental protection and low temperature resistant of gas insulation equipment.In order to study the insulation characteristics and evolution rules of SF6+N2 gas mixture under different temperature,pressure and mixing proportion,the power frequency test platform and lightning impulse test platform of SF6+N2 gas mixture are set up.The proportion optimization technology of gas mixture is analyzed from the point of view of insulation.The technical feasibility and effectiveness of SF6+N2 gas mixture replacing pure SF6 gas are demonstrated.The charging pressure and mixing proportion of SF6+N2 gas mixture as the optimal alternative gas are determined.The results lay the experimental and theoretical foundation for popularizing the application of gas mixture in gas insulation equipment.
