胶辊胶圈使用实践

为了用好胶辊胶圈,保证纱线品质,从丁腈橡胶及辅料性能和硫化工艺方面介绍胶辊的制作要求;从硬度、弹性及化学性能方面分析胶辊的性能要求,从力、速度、距离三方面探讨胶辊的牵伸性能。以WRC-965型、WRC-SG73型、WRC-S68型胶辊和WRA-0109型胶圈为例,从制作、应用、管理等方面分析其具有的成纱质量和性能优势;从区域化管理、清洁清洗、档案管理等方面简述胶辊胶圈维护管理方法。指出:优选胶辊、胶圈很重要,管理同样重要,应树立正确的质量管控理念。

In order to make good use of cots and aprons,ensure the quality of yarn,the production requirements of cots are introduced from the aspects of nitrile rubber and auxiliary materials properties and vulcanization process.The performance requirements of cots are analyzed from the aspects of hardness,elasticity and chemical properties,and the drafting performance of cots is discussed from three aspects:force,speed and distance.Taking WRC-965 cots,WRC-SG73 cots,WRC-S68 cots and WRA-0109 aprons as examples,the yarn forming quality and performance advantages are analyzed from the aspects of production,application and management.The maintenance and management methods of cots and aprons are briefly described from the aspects of regional management,cleaning and archival management.It is pointed out that the selection of cots and aprons is very important,and the management is equally important,and the correct quality control concept should be established.
