General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important article"Writing a New Chapter in the Practice of China’s Constitution in the New Era--Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the Promulgation and Implementation of the Current Constitution"comprehensively reviewed and systematically summarized the historical process and practical laws of the development of China’s constitutional system,pointed out the way forward for the development of the practice of the Constitution,and further enriched the view of the Constitution of the CPC in the new era.In the development history of the constitution of New China,social changes and constitutional evolutions have influenced each other,forming a lot of regularity understanding,which has been deepened in the new era.The core message of the article is that we should continue to fully implement the Constitution,better leverage the important role of the Constitution in state governance,and lay a solid constitutional foundation for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
