The high-quality development of the financial sector is inseparable from the effective guarantee and promotion of the rule of law.The theory concerning financial rule of law refined from General Secretary Xi Jinping series of expositions on financial work is an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law.It has five progressive and complementary dimensions.First,in terms of epistemology,finance is the core competitiveness of a country,financial security is an important part of national security,and financial system is a basic system in economic and social development.Second,in principle,one should be aware of the bottom line,namely,to serve the real economy,to prevent and control financial risks,and to deepen financial reforms.Third,methodologically,it can be implemented from the aspects of optimizing structure,strengthening supervision,and clarifying market orientation.Fourth,regarding the direction of development,it should be guided by innovation,coordinated connection,green promotion,open interoperability,and shared benefits.Fifth,with respect to guarantee structure,we should uphold the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party in financial work.The theory concerning financial rule or law in Xi Jinpig Thought on the Rule of Law is far-sighted and has great theoretical value and practical significance.It enriches the theoretical foundation of financial development in the new era,provides guidance for the path of domestic financial reform,and contributes to the Chinese wisdom of deep participation in international financial governance.
