从参与到满足:疫情背景下应急志愿服务行动背后的实践与反思

From Participation to Satisfaction:Practice and Introspection of Emergency Voluntary Services under the Epidemic Situation

应急志愿者在疫情阻击战中发挥了重要的作用,广大志愿者的服务动机及其变化值得深入讨论。本文通过质性研究方法对应急志愿者的参与动机进行划分,分析其动态交织的特点。由此构建应急志愿服务中的“参与与满足”模型,追踪考察应急志愿者在志愿服务后参与动机的满足情况。研究发现:参与动机的满足与否分别对应着情感能量的凝聚与离散两种转向,应通过增强权益保障、加强队伍建设以及注重价值观引导等方式,提高应急志愿者参与志愿服务的可能性与期待。

Behind the achievements of the epidemic prevention battle,the contributions of emergency volunteers are indispensable.After the outbreak of COVID-19,emergency volunteers took prompt action.But why did some of them lose their enthusiasm.This article uses qualitative research methods to subdivide the motivations of emergency volunteers and analyze their dynamic interweaving characteristics.Therefore,it constructs a model of"participation and satisfaction"in emergency voluntary services,tracks and investigates the satisfaction of emergency volunteers’motivation to participate after volunteering.The research finds that satisfaction of participation motivation corresponds to cohesion and dispersion of emotional energy.Besides,the possibility and expectation of emergency volunteers to participate in voluntary services should be improved by enhancing rights and interests protection,strengthening team building,and focusing on value guidance.
