基于目标导向的肺康复训练在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果分析

Application Analysis of Goal Oriented Lung Rehabilitation Training in Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

目的分析基于目标导向的肺康复训练应用于肺癌化疗患者中的效果。方法选取2020年10月—2023年9月于该院进行化疗的162例肺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和研究组,各81例。对照组患者化疗期间采用常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用基于目标导向的肺康复训练。治疗前后,对比两组患者的肺功能、Piper疲乏量表(PFS)评分、6 min步行距离(6MWD)、癌症生命质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)评分。结果干预前,两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC、PFS评分、6MWD、QLQ-C30评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预2个月后,研究组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、FVC均高于对照组,PFS评分低于对照组,6MWD远于对照组,QLQ-C30评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于目标导向的肺康复训练可以促进肺癌化疗患者肺功能的提升,缓解其癌性疲乏感受,提高运动耐量与生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of goal oriented lung rehabilitation training in lung cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods One hundred and sixty-two lung cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy at the hospital from October 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The research subjects were divided into a control group and a research group using a random number table method,with 81 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during chemotherapy,while the research group received goal oriented lung rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,compare the lung function,Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS)score,6-minute walking distance(6MWD),and cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)score between the two groups of patients.Results Before intervention,there was no differences in forced vital capacity(FVC),First second forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/FVC,PFS scores,6MWD and QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of intervention,the FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC,and FVC in the research group were all higher than those in the control group,with PFS scores lower than those in the control group,6MWD much farther than those in the control group,and QLQ-C30 scores higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant.Conclusion Goal oriented lung rehabilitation training can effectively improve lung function,alleviate cancer-related fatigue,improve exercise tolerance and quality of life in lung cancer chemotherapy patients,and has practical value.
