摘要
废塑料再生行业在快速发展的过程中暴露出越来越多的问题,其中最主要的是废旧塑料再生过程中产生的大气污染问题。该文通过对2家废旧塑料再生企业工艺废气及厂区环境空气进行监测,发现工艺废气中以颗粒物和VOCs为主要污染物,且均能检测出汞和铅2类重金属,同时检出二噁英毒性当量质量浓度范围为0.0316~0.252 ng TEQ/m^(3);厂区环境空气检出了多环芳烃PAHs、邻苯二甲酸酯PAEs和低分子量芳香族化合物等,其中部分种类PAHs和PAEs总浓度变化范围超过清远市大气总浓度。对于废旧塑料再生企业,建议有针对性地选择废气治理设施,同时完善行业总量控制指标体系。
Waste plastics recycling industry exposed more and more problems in the rapid development process,the most important of which is the air pollution during the recycling of waste plastic.Based on the two waste plastic recycling process of waste gas and air enterprise factory monitoring,it was found that the particulate matter and VOCs were the main pollutant in the process waste gas,and both Hg and Pb were detected,and the concentration range of dioxin was 0.0316~0.252 ng TEQ/m^(3);The ambient air of the factories has detected POPs(persistent organic pollutants),such as PAHs(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons)、PAEs(phthalates)and low molecular weight aromatic compounds,in which the total concentration of PAHs and PAEs is more than the total concentration of the atmosphere of Qingyuan City.The author thinks that it should be targeted to choose exhaust gas treatment facilities and improve the total control index system.
