摘要
文章对地表水中石油类物质测定的新标准HJ 970-2018(紫外分光光度法)与旧标准HJ 637-2012(红外分光光度法)进行了分析比较,从正己烷透光率、硅酸镁处理、使用器皿清洁度、样品保存、标准曲线、干扰消除等方面探讨了紫外法实施过程中涉及的关键环节及应该采取的控制措施。通过统一操作方法和分析条件,开展多家实验室的比对研究,考察了实验室内部和实验室外部质量控制的有效途径。
Two standards on petroleum determination in surface water,which were the new standard of ultraviolet spectrophotometry(HJ 970-2018)and the abolished standard of infrared spectrophotometry(HJ 637-2012),have been compared and discussed.The possible problems existing in the implementation of the new standard(HJ 970-2018)and the measures to be taken were discussed,in terms of the transmittance of n-hexane,the pretreatment of magnesium silicate,the cleanliness of glassware,the preservation of sample,standard curve and the elimination of interference.By unifying the operation method and the analysis conditions of petroleum determination,an interlaboratory comparison was carried out,and the effective approach of internal and external quality control of laboratories were investigated.
