摘要
可持续发展理念要求加强绿色技术在地铁站建筑中的应用。近些年地铁建设趋于理性化发展,对地铁建设空间协同、绿色技术应用和评价标准等方面研究都有一定的进步。通过对地铁站建筑中绿色技术手段的详细研究,并结合资料分析、实地调研和数字信息模拟等多种方法,总结出被动式与主动式两种绿色技术策略,其中将被动式绿色技术分为外部环境优化整合、建构形态多元介入、地下空间综合利用三方面;将主动式绿色技术分为清洁能源适度开发、智能装置合理配置、建筑材料绿色应用三方面。并根据两种绿色技术策略特性,提出"被动优先,主动优化"的原则,为建设"高效、节能、舒适"的地铁站建筑提供设计参考。
The concept of sustainable development requires strengthening the application of green technology in subway station buildings.In recent years,subway construction tends to develop rationally,and some progress has been made in the research on the spatial coordination of subway construction,the application of green technology and evaluation standards.Through the detailed study of the means of green technology in subway station buildings,and combining with many methods such as data analysis,field investigation and digital information simulation,this paper summarizes two kinds of passive and active green technology strategies.among them,the passive green technology is divided into three aspects:optimization and integration of external environment,multi-intervention of construction forms,and comprehensive utilization of underground space.The active green technology is divided into three aspects:the appropriate development of clean energy,the rational allocation of intelligent devices and the green application of building materials.According to the characteristics of the two green technology strategies,the principle of"passive priority and active optimization"is put forward to provide design reference for the construction of"efficient,energy-saving and comfortable"subway station buildings.
