摘要
被动式建筑作为一种新型的节能、健康、宜居建筑,逐渐成为建筑行业未来发展的趋势。我国引入被动式建筑已有数年,但是现阶段有许多障碍性因素导致了被动式建筑发展的缓慢和参差不齐。从被动式建筑发展的障碍性因素出发,通过文献阅读和实地考察找出主要的障碍性指标,利用层次分析法计算出准确的指标权重,为了结果更加客观更加接近实际情况,再利用熵权法对其修正,使得到的数据更加科学合理。通过实例验证了该方法的准确性,希望能为被动式建筑在我国的发展提供有效的建议。
Passive building is a new type of energy-saving,healthy and livable building that has gradually become a trend in the future development of the construction industry.Passive buildings have been introduced in China for several years,but at this stage there are many obstacles that have led to slow and uneven development of passive buildings.This project starts from the barrier factors of passive building development,finds out the main barrier indicators through literature reading and field investigation,and calculates the accurate index weight by using the analytic hierarchy process.In order to make the results more objective and closer to the actual situation,the entropy weight method is used to correct the results and make the obtained data more scientific and reasonable.The accuracy of this method is verified by an example and it is hoped to provide effective suggestions for the development of passive buildings in China.
