摘要
目前,城乡规划结构式调整的碳减排效应已得到普遍认可,但既有研究仍缺乏对城市规划控碳机理的探索。为使低碳规划成为实现全国减排目标的重要手段,基于"规划要素——碳排放"关联框架的搭建,采用我国30个一级行政区数据识别了规划要素对碳排放的影响机理,并依据规模形态、居民生活、交通出行、经济发展4项规划要素建立了8个碳排放特征类型,提出了集约用地、设施优配、产业集聚等规划策略,以期为区域低碳规划方法提供一些启示。
The carbon reduction effect of structural adjustment of space has been recognized,but researches still lack exploration of the carbon reduction mechanism by means of urban planning.In order to make low-carbon planning become a strategy of national carbon reduction targets achievement,based on the construction of the"planning factors-carbon emission"framework,30 provinces’data in China are used to identify the impact mechanism of planning factors on carbon emissions.According to the four planning factors that include scale,activity,transportation and industry,eight carbon emission characteristics are established.Finally,low-carbon planning strategies aimed at the seven characteristics are proposed.
