燃煤机组循环水泵组顺控逻辑分析与优化

摘要 燃煤机组循环水泵向凝汽器输送冷却水,冷凝汽轮机排汽。包括循环水泵及其附属设备在内的循环水泵组常采用顺控自动启、停控制。此种控制方式在减轻运行人员操作量的同时,也可以有效防止运行人员出现误操作。基于循泵组某次顺控组自动停顺控执行过程中出现的异常现象,对顺控反馈信号选取以及逻辑组态等方面内容进行探讨分析,针对性地提出优化措施,为同类型机组顺控逻辑信号选取与组态提供参考意见。 The circulating water pump of the coal-fired unit delivers cooling water to the condenser to condense the exhaust steam of the steam turbine.The circulating water pump group,including the circulating water pump and its auxiliary equipment,usually adopts the sequential control automatic start and stop control.This kind of control mode can reduce the operation amount of operators and effectively prevent the operators from misoperation.Based on the abnormal phenomenon in the process of automatic stop sequence control of circulating pump unit,the selection of sequence control feedback signal and logic configuration are discussed and analyzed,and the optimization measures are put forward in order to provide reference for the selection and configuration of sequence control logic signal for similar units.
