摘要
文章介绍了一种基于无线射频识别技术(RFID)的科技档案管理系统的硬件电路搭建及软件构架。该系统利用RFID技术实现,能够实现纸质档案的自动入库、快速借阅、档案存取位置分配等管理,有效转变了纯人工管理的落后局面,大幅提升了科技工作者的工作效率。文章对该档案借阅系统的实际试用情况进行了分析,结果表明,该系统具有节省时间及人力成本等优势,可为数据分析、产业融合发展提供数据积累。
The paper introduces the hardware circuit and software architecture of a scientific and technological file management system based on radio frequency identification technology(RFID). The system is realized by RFID technology, which can realize the management of automatic storage of paper files, fast borrowing, and file access location allocation. It effectively changed the backward situation of pure manual management, and greatly improved the work efficiency of scientific and technological workers. The article analyzes the actual trial situation of the file lending system. The system has the advantages of saving time and labor costs, and can provide data accumulation for data analysis and industrial integration development.
