摘要
设计了便携式无创血管内皮功能检测系统,有针对性的提出了3个血管内皮功能评价的新指标。系统使用红外脉搏传感器获得指端容积脉搏波信号,经过24位高分辨率的ADS1298进行模-数转换,传送到STM32单片机中进行滤波和包络提取运算,在基于Android系统的智能移动终端上进行实时显示、存储与回放,并计算出相应的血管内皮功能评价指标。研究与分析表明:血管内皮功能评价指标K1在两个样本组中有显著性差异(P<0.001),K1与年龄的相关系数为r=-0.809(P<0.001),呈显著性负相关,指标K1能很好评价血管内皮功能。该系统实现了对血管内皮功能检测的远程移动医疗,适合家庭和社区医院使用。
A portable non-invasive vascular endothelial function detection system was designed,and three new indexes of vascular endothelial function evaluation were proposed.The system uses the infrared pulse sensor to obtain the volume pulse wave signal of the fingertip.After the 24bits of high-resolution ADS1298is used for analog-to-digital conversion,it is transmitted to STM32microcontroller unit for filtering and envelope extraction.The real-time display,storage and playback are carried out on the intelligent mobile terminal based on Android system,and the corresponding vascular endothelial function evaluation indicators are calculated.Through the study and analysis,it is shown that:the evaluation index K1of vascular endothelial function(P<0.001)has significant difference in the two sample groups.The correlation coefficient between K1and age was r=-0.809(P<0.001),showing a significant negative correlation.The index K1can well evaluate the vascular endothelial function.The system realizes the remote mobile medical examination of vascular endothelial function detection,and is suitable for family and community medical use.
