新型冠状病毒肺炎大型方舱医院感染防控工作实践

自上海市新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株流行以来,疫情迅速发展蔓延。为控制疫情持续扩大,2022年3月上海市立即启动方舱医院对轻型患者实施隔离管理和集中救治。如何保护医务人员不被感染,对医院感染防控工作而言是一项非常大的挑战。上海市国家会展中心方舱医院三分院从建立健全组织体系、因地制宜开展防控工作、强化感染防控培训、建立督导巡查与反馈机制、加强环境的清洁与消毒、做好健康监测与职业暴露监测、加强患者管理等方面制定一系列医院感染防控措施,为大型方舱医院感染防控策略提供参考。

Since the outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant in Shanghai,the epidemic has developed rapidly.In order to control the continuous expansion of the epidemic,Shanghai immediately launched Fangcang shelter hospitals in March 2022 to implement isolation management and centralized treatment for mild patients.How to protect medical staff from infection is a great challenge for nosocomial infection prevention and control.The third branch of Fangcang shelter hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center has formulated a series of infection prevention and control measures from the aspects of establishing and improving the organization system,carrying out prevention and control work according to local conditions,strengthening infection prevention and control training,establishing supervision and feedback mechanism,strengthening environmental cleaning and disinfection,attaching importance to health and occupational exposure monitoring,and strengthening patient management,so as to provide reference for the nosocomial infection prevention and control strategy in large Fangcang shelter hospitals.
