校企合作模式下高职英语的现状及求生——以泰山钢铁学院为例

本文以莱芜职业技术学院下的泰山钢铁学院为例,剖析、探索高职英语在校企合作模式下如何发展,认为高职英语教师在夯实自身业务能力同时,应与专业教师、企业三方联动,共同开发校本教材、构建基于工作过程的导向和信息化教学模式、健全科学全面考核评价体系等,重构科学务实的校企合作英语教学体制,真正实现工学结合和英语学科专业发展的凤凰涅槃。

Taking Taishan Iron and Steel Institute in LWVC as the case,the paper analyzes and explores how the higher vocational general English develops under the mode of School--enterprise cooperation.A series of reforming methods are put forwards:the higher vocational English teachers strengthen their own professional competences;English teachers should urge joint efforts with major teachers and the enterprise to develop school-based teaching materials;the tripartite union should focus on building teaching models based on working process orientation and Internet;optimize the scientific and comprehensive assessment system,etc..To reconstruct scientific and pragmatic system of English teaching under the cooperation between School and Enterprise can truly implement the work-integrated learning and the rebirth of English development.
