摘要
为使3×150t/h循环流化床锅炉(CFB锅炉)SO2排放浓度达到35mg/m3的超低限值环保标准要求,选择合适的深度脱硫技术,以实现SO2超低排放,并充分发挥CFB锅炉炉内添加石灰石脱硫(CFB-CDF)成本低的优势。比较分析了中小型CFB锅炉常用的CFB锅炉炉内添加石灰石脱硫(CFB-CDF)、石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫(WFGD)、烟气循环流化床干法脱硫(CFB-FGD)等方法及其组合的优缺点和经济性,并介绍了CFB-CDF+W-FGD组合脱硫方式的应用情况。
In order to make the SO2 emission concentration of 3×150 t/h CFB boiler reach the ultra-low limit of 35 mg/m3,to select appropriate deep desulfurization technology to realize ultra low SO2 emission,and give full play to the advantage of low cost of limestone desulfurization added to inner of CFB boiled(CFBCDF).This research compares and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages and economy limestone desulfurization added to inner of CFB boiler(CFB-CDF),limestone-gypsum wet process of flue gas desulfurization(W-FGD),circulating fluidized bed-dry process of flue gas desulfurization(CFB-FGD),which are commonly used in medium and small CFB boiler.The application condition of the CFB-CDF+W-FGD combined desulfurization mode has been introduces.
