摘要
建设好思想政治理论课的关键在教师,思政课教师教学专长的提升和发展是教师胜任思政课教学工作的内在要求。思政课教师教学专长发展可以从政治理念、知识结构和社会实践三个维度来考察,在此基础上构建思政课教师教学专长发展的三维构象,不仅可以清晰地勾画思政课教师专长的总体图像,而且有利于从认识论角度避免潜在的“理性—社会性”二分问题,并形成一定的实践规范。
The key to running ideological and political theory course well lies in the teachers,and improving their teaching expertise is the inherent requirement for teachers to be competent in ideological and political course.The improvement and development of ideological and political course teachers’expertise can be investigated from three dimensions:political idea,knowledge structure and social practice.On this basis,the three-dimensional conformation of the development of ideological and political course teachers’teaching expertise can be constructed.It will not only clearly delineate the overall picture of ideological and political course teachers’expertise,but also help to avoid the potential"rational-social"dichotomy from the perspective of epistemology.And then several certain practical norms will be researched as well.
